I have mainly concentrated on sculptors who were active in the 1950s and early 1960s as that was by far the best period for modern sculpture [and paintings], in my opinion.
Most of my collection on this website was acquired after 1995.
I have always maintained a strict price ceiling of £20000 due to limited funds and because I knew I could obtain examples of virtually all of the artists I admire most for under that figure - one exception being the Marino Marini bronzes: 'Horse and Rider', which I would love to own.
There are some excellent sculptors here who were quite big names in the 1950s which people may not be aware of now.
